These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Abdy's In website and the services provided by Because Agile Ltd (trading as Abdy's In).

Abdy's In provides:

  • Leadership coaching and consultancy

  • Team development workshops

  • Speaking engagements and keynotes

  • Digital resources and guides

  • Discovery calls and strategic consultations

2. Booking and Payment Terms

Free Discovery Call (20 minutes)

  • Free of charge

  • Can be rescheduled at any time

  • If you need to cancel, please let us know so we can offer the slot to someone else

Paid Strategic Consultation (60 minutes - £150)

  • Payment is required at the time of booking

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once within 48 hours of your appointment

  • Less than 48 hours notice: Payment is forfeited and no refund will be given

  • Consultations are delivered via video call - if you'd rather in person contact me - valerie@abdys.in

Workshops, Speaking Engagements & Other Services

  • Terms for workshops, speaking engagements, and bespoke services will be agreed in writing on a case-by-case basis

  • A separate agreement or proposal will outline specific deliverables, fees, timelines, and cancellation terms

3. Payment

  • All fees are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe

  • By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions

  • We do not store your payment card details

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, guides, frameworks (including the SURVIVE→THRIVE model), designs, and materials, is owned by Because Agile Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may:

  • Download our free resources for personal use
